Nancy brings to Aloft experience in a variety of healthcare settings.  She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her M.S.W. with a concentration in Clinical Social work from Columbia University.

Nancy works with clients presenting with various issues including anxiety, depression, and managing medical diagnoses. Nancy has a special interest in women's issues, especially the unique and complex challenges facing women during perimenopause and menopause. 

 

Nancy integrates a variety of treatment techniques including CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to optimize individual wellbeing. She provides a supportive, empathic environment free from judgement.  She believes that mental health is intertwined with physical health and will help clients integrate resources from different disciplines to maximize success.
